Training tonight is back at the Paddock from 7:30 to 9pm.
If you get off at Island Garden Station, turn left and left again into Stebondale Street.
At the end of the street keep walking straight to pass the houses, which will bring you right onto Pier Street.
Then turn left into Mudchute Farm. From there you should already see the flood lights and hear the guys.
Buses D7 and D3 leave from Island Garden Station. Stop to get off is Pier Street.
