The next Clubhouse Subcommittee meeting will be held in the Clubhouse after training on Wednesday 10th July.
Day to Day running of the clubhouse is the responsibility of the Clubhouse Officer, however this is by no means a one person task and it takes a huge amount of input and effort from our volunteers to keep everything ticking along.
We are currently on the hunt for more members who can spare one or two Saturdays primarily every 8-9 weeks to be Duty Managers when the CHO is not present. If you can spare some time please email clubhouse@millwallrugby.com and we will get back to you.
The meeting is open to all members of the club who have an interest in the running of the clubhouse and it gives the Clubhouse team an opportunity to discuss / suggest improvements and / or issues with the CHO. So if you have any ideas or comments please feel free to pop along.
If you have any specific items to discuss please email them as agenda items to ryan@millwallrugby.com by close of play Monday 8th July.
