Scrum Factory £10 – CPD 

1 evening, Sunday or Wednesday Evenings

Summary
This course is designed for players and coaches to improve scrummaging, covering physical preparation, body management and body shape for individuals and collectively. Its also a required CPD for Level 2 coaching.

2. Sun 26 Jan 14 (10:30-13:30) Chiswick RFC Dukes Meadows Chiswick London W42SH - 9.7 miles
3. Wed 5 February 14 (19:00-22:00)  Saracens Amateur RFC Bramley Road Training Ground Green Road London N14 4AB - 10.15 miles
