Here is the plan for the End of Season Dinner this weekend (posted on behalf of Fisher).
Please note as the dinner venue is at capacity, only people who have bought a dinner ticket will be able to attend the 1st part of the night (17.30 to 23.30). Everyone is welcome to join us afterwards at the 5 bells where we will be arriving from 23.30.
Dinner Ticket Holder plans:
- Dress Code: Black Tie event (or Blazers)
- 16.30 - Meet at Weatherspoons (Ledger Building) for pre dinner drinks
- 17.30 - Champagne Reception at Henrys West India Quay (Note the venue change from VIA - next door)
- 18.00ish - Dinner (the seating plan will be displayed at the venue)
- 19.30ish - Speeches / Awards (through the dinner)
- 20.30ish - Move downstairs @ Henrys for drinks, dancing and DJ
Dinner Ticket Holder & non-Dinner ticket holder plans:
- From 23.30 - After party at 5 bells (those who were unable to secure a ticket for the dinner are welcome to join us here).
- From 02.00 - After, After party - who knows where???
