Pre-season training starts today on Monday 13th July at 7pm.
After then it will be every Monday and Wednesday until the season starts. Andy has very kindly said that he will help out, and for those of you who were around for pre-season last year I am sure you will be looking forward to breaking out the rope, tyres etc. again...
