Clubhouse openings and important notices (w/c 26th May)

Club Openings:
Wednesday - Open from 7.30pm
Paul Fisher and Gareth have agreed to do alternate Wednesdays for the summer season to give you all a break from Gareth's ugly mush. So come down tomorrow and keep Mr.Fisher company (Gareth has not told Fisher this yet, but if Weds takings go up with Fisher then he is going to do all the Weds ;-))

Friday - Open from 7.30pm
Mr. Ed (Partridge) will be opening the clubhouse from 7.30pm this Friday to help you celebrate reaching the end of the 4 day week, and the start of the weekend, so come down and keep him company.

The main event - 'AGM' Saturday - Open from 12noon
This is your chance to have your say as to how you want the club to develop for the coming year and who you want to represent you. Please make every effort to attend the event so that YOU can have a say in how YOUR club is run.

Flex will be opening the club at 12noon to assist in offering liquid refreshment before and after the AGM (and only during designated breaks in the AGM proceedings).

2 more Key Dates for your diary
If you have not already done so, we have a few more key dates for your diary (all of the titles in bold link to the facebook event or blog for further details)
RugbyForce / DIY / Deep Clean day - Sat 21/6/14
Following the success of the "Paling/Caldecourt extension" last year (sponsored by SkittleBombs), we have secured some funding to help with the tasks we want to do for this year. RugbyForce is a nationwide programme designed around a weekend of DIY to help make rugby clubs stronger by renovating their facilities.

We are looking for willing volunteers to join us on Saturday 21st June. There's a role for everyone: DIYers, Cleaners, Drivers, Bar Staff, Photographers, Project Planners etc. Please click on the link to see a list of tasks/skills we require. Paul Fisher will be coordinating the event so please contact him on paulfisher@millwallrugby.com to register your offer of resource/skills
New Kitchen Installation day - Sat 12/7/14
We have also been successful in securing funding to replace our existing kitchen facilities with brand new stainless steel commercial grade facilities.

Please click on the link to see a list of tasks/skills we require. Gareth Hargreaves will be coordinating the event so please contact him on gareth@millwallrugby.com to register your offer of resource/skills
