Christmas Party - Balance & Menu Choices now due

It's great to see so many of you signed up for our Christmas Party/Dinner. It's now time to pay the balance due (£24.95) and to email Leigh Dargan with your menu choices.

The menu is as follows:

Duo of smoked salmon, gravalax with beetroot salad
and mango dressing

Chicken balotine with mushroom and tarragon, grain mustard dressing

Roast vegetable terrine with tomatoes and cucumber salsa (v)


Traditional Christmas turkey with stuffing, roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts,
carrots, gravy and cranberry sauce

Roast salmon on pomme fondant with a spinach wild mushroom sauce

Artichoke pasta parcel, roast pumkin and butter sauce (v)


Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Vanilla crème brûlée

Apple and pear tarte with vanilla cream
