In accordance with the current club constitution and further to the recent notification of the forthcoming EGM set for Monday 21st March at 7.30pm, here are the details of the business to be discussed:

Proxy Voting
Members who are unable to be present at the meeting wishing to vote, may make a proxy vote by contacting the Secretary in writing or by email no later than 7.30 pm on Saturday 19th March (which is 48 hours before the meeting). Alternatively, members may appoint a proxy to vote at the meeting in person by giving notice of this appointment to the Secretary in writing or by email no later than 7.30pm on Saturday 19th March (which is 48 hours before the meeting).
